I would have to say the least dystopian government is a social democracy. The primary aspects of this government is to provide accessibility to everything a citizen deserves to have. It has the compliance of the social contract that supports public representation. Also it supports a free market without it being exclusively capitalist. These aspects are especially important for large population of countries like the United States whose citizens have varying disparities in all aspects of life. This is due to the history of the country and its racism.
With a social democracy, I can also see some elected individuals still prioritizing their special interests but the state mostly has secured these social services for everyone regardless of party. A social democracy is needed not just for helping the citizens in the present but also in the future. They must be progressive and proactive like I mentioned in my previous warmup discussion post so they can adjust to the changing climate and social climate. They would be able to get these ideas and support with indirect public contribution. A social democracy provides the most satisfied citizens.
