The Panopticon is represented in our society by the everlasting nature of the internet. The internet, in a way, sees all and remembers all. At all times, there is a chance that someone might record you and that image or video will live on forever on the internet. One is always vulnerable to being filmed and recorded, and thus, I believe that it has affected the way we interact and the way we act normally. This effect is only more pronounced in those who are more in the public eye. The internet has evolved into an even more efficient Panopticon.
