The team and I did great with the copyright rules and the ideals of fair use. The copyright rules are only one area of intellectual property. Fair use allows the use of content without permission. But it does require a judgment call as each situation of fair use is based on the circumstances. We developed a checklist so it can be equally helpful for us.
