I truly believe a democratic government is the least dystopian. I say this because everyone is said to have a voice and a choice for the most part. Citizens are allowed to vote freely and live freely until a crime is committed. Compared to other forms of government, that may be more dictating with ruled lives for their citizens—a democratic government sounds more desirable.
However, all forms of government have dystopian factors. Whether it’s dictating or lying to their citizens, governments can’t always be trusted. They’re also mostly know for citizen oppression. Many citizens are known to dislike and even hate the government in some instances. I’m not sure which government is the best, because like aforementioned, all governments aren’t to be trusted. It’s something about a body of people making the rules in which we have to follow to be safe and live peacefully that irritates me when they fail us—repeatedly.
