Because a utopia is imaginary and will most likely never exist so my utopia will basically be a few things I think need to be changed in the world but most likely won’t. First and foremost, there will be a few rules in utopia, but there won’t be a prison. There will be only one consequence for not following the rules and the consequence is the rule breaker will be booted. Being booted does not mean the person is going to die, but the person will no longer be in the utopian world. For example, there will be no guns unless the person is 21 or older and they will need a permit. If you are caught with a gun without a permit, you will be booted. Citizens will only be allowed to carry handguns. To help implement the rules, there will be government leaders. The government leaders will work voluntarily because they will only be there to help protect and keep things in order in the utopian world. Only women will be allowed to be government leaders because I feel like this is they way it should be. Education will be free, and everyone must go to school for a minimum of 12 years. After the 12th year, school will not be required but if people want to continue, they can at no charge. Everyone will be allowed to work starting at the age of 16, and if some aren’t able to, the government will provide them with some assistance. So, if everyone decides they don’t want to work, the government will still assist them all, they will just get smaller payments because the money is disbursed evenly. There will be a curfew implemented for everyone to help prevent many of the things we see happening during the wee hours of the night in the world. I wouldn’t want there to be any guns unless the person is 21 or older and they need a permit. If you are caught with a gun without a permit, you will be booted. The citizens will also be able to voice their opinions if they need to, and the government leaders will try their best to implement them.
